How can new residential density be introduced into an evolving neighbourhood while and reconnecting the existing urban fabric?

At Willow, the solution begins with clear and rational planning that reinforces the street edge while organizing residential life through disciplined massing. The building contributes to the continuity of the surrounding neighbourhood that supports everyday living for its residents.

From the outset, the architectural approach prioritized the idea that great outward design can also employ efficiency and technical clarity. Structural systems, servicing strategies, and building envelope assemblies were coordinated early with the desired design aesthetic to ensure constructability and long-term building performance. This integrated approach allowed design decisions to align with both project delivery requirements and the durability expectations of multi-residential housing.

The result is a design assembled through careful coordination with planning and public interface. The project introduces durable housing that strengthens the neighbourhood fabric while supporting the daily lives of the residents who live there.
